The damper pedal input is damaged. Inspection.
Work on a Roland RD-170 piano s/n ZS16444: Tests and inspection. Disassembling. Replacement of the damper in. Repair of the EXIT button. The EXIT button was separated form its assembly. We “soldered” it wqith the rest of the assembly. Our recommendation is to always press it very gently. Cleaning. Reasssembling and tests.
